KERBERROSE HUMAN RESOURCES

Our History

In 2021, KerberRose added The H.S. Group KerberRose to form a service line of KerberRose called KerberRose Human Resources. The decision to combine  KerberRose and The H.S. Group was based on the compatibility of our cultures and core values, which center on community and a people-first philosophy. In 2020, The H.S. Group acquired Career Momentum, expanding its current service offering of HR consulting, career coaching, assessments, and talent & career development to an even broader footprint.

KerberRose Human Resources is a member of Career Partners International (CPI), a talent management organization serving more than 350 locations in over 50 countries worldwide. Our membership with CPI allows us to provide local expertise with a global reach to companies of all sizes.

Karli Klismith | KerberRose HR Profile

Karli brings over a decade of expertise in human resources, management and operations. Her professional journey has been enriched by experience in the accounting, staffing, legal and non-profit sectors. Karli’s passion for human resources, process improvement and continuous learning is evident in her work, but her ultimate focus is always on people.

Since joining KerberRose in December 2020, Karli has excelled as the Director of KerberRose Human Resources, leading the Client HR division. Her specialties include talent development, employee relations and executive recruitment. As a dedicated lifelong learner, Karli is driven to create a positive impact in the workplace and is enthusiastic about helping clients achieve their unique business goals.

Jeff Lasee | KerberRose HRProfile

As the Director of Recruiting, Jeff leads KerberRose Human Resources’ Search Division operations. Jeff brings 25 years of executive and management search experience, helping our clients identify, access, and retain top leadership talent nationwide. He has over 30 years of strategic networking and relationship management experience, which he gained in a variety of industries and professional disciplines. This experience allows Jeff to quickly analyze business situations, develop creative solutions, and deliver bottom-line results. His comprehensive business experience and search industry longevity bring valuable and real-time, strategic insights for our clients to leverage—not only in leadership development but also in business building, change management, acquisition/merger, and organizational development.

For more than 20 years, Jeff has been a career management speaker for numerous professional improvement associations, including Information Technology, Accounting and Finance, Supply Chain, Recruiting, and Career transition groups. He also enjoys the opportunity to coach students and young professionals in the areas of career management and personal finance.

Community Involvement: 

Jeff is a past member, board member and supporter of numerous non-profit organizations, including Executive Agenda, Optimist International, Grace, Freedom House, Green Bay Yacht Club, DECA, Special Olympics, and a variety of other community support projects.

Personal Interests:

Jenn Witt | KerberRose HRProfile

Jen has more than 15 years of experience in the human resources industry, extending throughout manufacturing, retail and IT niches in the Fond du Lac area. Her expertise spans policy development, compensation planning, talent management, labor relations and employee development. Before joining KerberRose in 2024, she held various HR positions, demonstrating a passion for driving organizational success through strategic HR initiatives. Jen’s collaborative approach and innovative solutions foster positive employee relations and continuous growth.

Derek spent seven years as Business Director for the Northcentral Wisconsin Workforce Development Board, providing key assessments and consulting to manufacturing companies, healthcare providers, the transportation industry, education, community-based non-profits, and finance and insurance sectors.

Shelly has more than 20 years of experience providing office administration and support companywide. Her responsibilities have included assisting candidates in resume preparation and job search correspondence, providing content for and maintaining corporate social media accounts, accounts payable/accounts receivable, various human resource functions, and general office management. She also has experience writing and editing corporate correspondence and providing assistance on special projects as required.

Beth is a strategic business leader with a passion for people and team development. She has 40 years of experience in the corporate world. Most of that time was spent in Organizational Behavior and Leadership Development. Her industry experience spans across Health Insurance, Manufacturing, Banking and Distribution. Beth has worked for both privately held and publicly traded companies. She now provides services in Leadership Development to include team facilitation, assessments and coaching for senior leaders and executives.

Beth resides in Freedom, Wisconsin, with David, her husband of 37 years. They have two grown children and three grandchildren. They enjoy traveling, time spent at their cottage, fishing, boating and relaxing. Beth has been active in her community, serving on a few Boards and volunteering.
