As the Director of Recruiting, Jeff leads KerberRose Human Resources’ Search Division operations. Jeff brings 25 years of executive and management search experience, helping our clients identify, access, and retain top leadership talent nationwide. He has over 30 years of strategic networking and relationship management experience, which he gained in a variety of industries and professional disciplines. This experience allows Jeff to quickly analyze business situations, develop creative solutions, and deliver bottom-line results. His comprehensive business experience and search industry longevity bring valuable and real-time, strategic insights for our clients to leverage—not only in leadership development but also in business building, change management, acquisition/merger, and organizational development.

For more than 20 years, Jeff has been a career management speaker for numerous professional improvement associations, including Information Technology, Accounting and Finance, Supply Chain, Recruiting, and Career transition groups. He also enjoys the opportunity to coach students and young professionals in the areas of career management and personal finance.

Community Involvement: 

Jeff is a past member, board member and supporter of numerous non-profit organizations, including Executive Agenda, Optimist International, Grace, Freedom House, Green Bay Yacht Club, DECA, Special Olympics, and a variety of other community support projects.

Personal Interests: 

In his free time, Jeff enjoys traveling, boating, motorcycles, Veteran support projects, history, and unplanned adventures.

Jen has more than 15 years of experience in the human resources industry, extending throughout manufacturing, retail and IT niches in the Fond du Lac area. Her expertise spans policy development, compensation planning, talent management, labor relations and employee development. Before joining KerberRose in 2024, she held various HR positions, demonstrating a passion for driving organizational success through strategic HR initiatives. Jen’s collaborative approach and innovative solutions foster positive employee relations and continuous growth.

Derek has more than 10 years’ experience in Human Resources consulting and recruiting. He specializes in labor market assessments, talent recruitment and retention, and organizational development. Derek spent seven years as Business Director for the Northcentral Wisconsin Workforce Development Board, providing key assessments and consulting to manufacturing companies, healthcare providers, the transportation industry, education, community-based non-profits, and finance and insurance sectors.

MaryEllen brings over 15 years of expertise in career development and coaching and 10 years of experience in leadership and organizational development, including executive coaching. Her diverse skill set encompasses leadership pipeline development, succession planning, and assessment centers–complemented by more than 15 years in higher education.

As a career transition specialist, MaryEllen is passionate about empowering clients to overcome self-limiting beliefs and uncover their true career aspirations. She provides personalized support through every stage of the transition process, from resume optimization and interview preparation to networking strategies and offer negotiations.

Tracy is skilled in designing and implementing innovative programs that provide job seekers with the tools, resources, and support needed to succeed. Her expertise spans areas including career counseling, skills assessment, job placement, and workforce readiness training. Additionally, Tracy is dedicated to bridging gaps between job seekers and employers, ensuring that both sides benefit from a strong, well-prepared workforce.

Tracy is a current member of the Indian Education Advisory Committee for the Shawano School District, where she has also held chair positions over the past several years. She was awarded the Outstanding Indian Parent of the Year honor by the Wisconsin Indian Education Association (WIEA) in 2023. Tracy is also a certified instructor of the Anti-Human Trafficking curriculum.

Personal Interests:

Tracy is passionate about staying active and exploring the world around her. When she’s not focused on her professional role, you can find her hiking through mountains with friends and soaking in the beauty of nature. As an avid gym-goer, Tracy makes fitness a priority in her daily routine, pushing herself both physically and mentally. Beyond her personal fitness journey, she’s dedicated to caring for her many animals and cherishes spending quality time with her family.

Shelly has more than 20 years of experience providing office administration and support companywide. Her responsibilities have included assisting candidates in resume preparation and job search correspondence, providing content for and maintaining corporate social media accounts, accounts payable/accounts receivable, various human resource functions, and general office management. She also has experience writing and editing corporate correspondence and providing assistance on special projects as required.

With 30 years of business and leadership experience, David has worked for multi-billion-dollar global organizations and has held leadership roles in other profit and non-profit organizations. He has advised large, medium, and small organizations in more than 10 industries in a breadth of services related to strategic planning, succession planning, organizational and leadership development, brand management, marketing, and mergers and acquisitions. His experience includes work with Fortune 500, non-profit, government, and private organizations around the world.

David has a Master’s Degree from Concordia University and a Bachelor’s Degree from Marquette University. He is a strong believer in continuous learning and has been an adjunct instructor at several universities, including the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay. David also has an extensive history of community service including involvement with Rotary International since 2004, at international, district, and local levels; and serving as one of the youngest District Governors in the world.

Beth is a strategic business leader with a passion for people and team development. She has 40 years of experience in the corporate world. Most of that time was spent in Organizational Behavior and Leadership Development. Her industry experience spans across Health Insurance, Manufacturing, Banking and Distribution. Beth has worked for both privately held and publicly traded companies. She now provides services in Leadership Development to include team facilitation, assessments and coaching for senior leaders and executives.

Personal Interests

Beth resides in Freedom, Wisconsin, with David, her husband of 37 years. They have two grown children and three grandchildren. They enjoy traveling, time spent at their cottage, fishing, boating and relaxing. Beth has been active in her community, serving on a few Boards and volunteering. She became an Executive Agenda Chair in 2022.
