Our Coaching Process

Our certified coaches guide participants on a transformational process customized to each individual, which typically includes:

  • Meeting with the individual’s leader to understand coaching expectations and needs, and to monitor progress throughout the program.

  • Conducting professional, comprehensive assessments and providing feedback from our certified professionals.

  • Administering and interpreting a 360° feedback profile at the start of coaching and completing a follow-up 360° review 18 months after to assess observed changes.

  • Facilitating the creation of an individual development plan, coaching on plan execution, and providing ongoing support.

  • Meeting one-on-one for coaching and competency-building sessions for a recommended six months or more.

Programs We Provide

    A one-day group workshop combining the use of the MBTI® with 360° feedback to objectively identify an individual’s natural tendencies and their demonstrated workplace behaviors. The feedback is utilized to develop a solid career action-plan, establish opportunities to leverage strengths, address development needs, appreciate differing leadership styles, and cultivate the motivation necessary to support difference and engagement. This offering is appropriate for individuals at all levels.

    A one-on-one career management program to support career pathing and succession planning built upon a blend of professional assessments and individual coaching. Tailored to each individual with program length determined by each situation. The focus is on both personal leadership and functional skill development – a key differentiator from other career management programs. This program targets senior and mid-level leaders.

    Create Your Career GPS™ is an encouraging, stimulating, and interactive career management program consisting of four half-day group workshops, supplemented by an hour of individual coaching and an invitation to join a peer group for ongoing support. This group workshop is appropriate for an employee at any level and includes:

  • Assessment of personal goals, interests, energy, skills, values, and passion.
  • Exploration of workplace trends, challenges, opportunities, and impact on participants.
  • Creation of a personal career map for future success and fulfillment.

    PowerMyWork™, a career management program for employees at all levels of an organization, combines a half-day or full-day group workshop, an individual coaching session, and interactive technology-based resources to facilitate employee development. This program includes:

  • Personal assessments to clarify values, strengths, ideal work environment, and career focus.
  • Guidance on the development of a career map and career action plan.

    Effectively coaching others to achieve their full potential is a requirement for organizations to succeed. Yet coaching is one of the most overlooked skills. With this multi-session Manager as Coach Learning Series, line supervisors to executives gain the ability to coach, build trust, and conduct constructive conversations to develop and engage employees to drive organizational performance.

    A one-day workshop examining the fundamentals of leadership. This interactive group development program explores the role and expectations of a leader, and the traits and behaviors of successful leaders in your organization. Designed for new/entry-level leaders.

In this process, we work with you to assess your current culture, frame your desired culture, and develop communication and leadership strategies to instill the culture in the organization. Using a powerful assessment and interactive exercises, our facilitators will guide your team to new insights and actions to make significant progress in each of these five fundamentals: Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results.

Mark Cumicek | Certified Dream Manager & Mental Fitness Coach

Coaching and program facilitation by Certified Dream Manager and Mental Fitness Coach, Mark Cumicek. Perfect for leaders inspired by the concepts of The Dream Manager, people-first leaders and individuals seeking more from life, this coach-guided & technology-enabled 7-week experience gives individuals the tools and guidance to go from Dream to Plan to Action. Included in this course are weekly videos, exercises and challenges to help you realize, and then achieve, your life goals and dreams.
