Our History

In 2021, KerberRose added The H.S. Group KerberRose to form a service line of KerberRose called KerberRose Human Resources. The decision to combine  KerberRose and The H.S. Group was based on the compatibility of our cultures and core values, which center on community and a people-first philosophy. In 2020, The H.S. Group acquired Career Momentum, expanding its current service offering of HR consulting, career coaching, assessments, and talent & career development to an even broader footprint.

KerberRose Human Resources is a member of Career Partners International (CPI), a talent management organization serving more than 350 locations in over 50 countries worldwide. Our membership with CPI allows us to provide local expertise with a global reach to companies of all sizes.

David YeghiaianExperience

With 30 years of business and leadership experience, David has worked for multi-billion-dollar global organizations and has held leadership roles in other profit and non-profit organizations. He has advised large, medium, and small organizations in more than 10 industries in a breadth of services related to strategic planning, succession planning, organizational and leadership development, brand management, marketing, and mergers and acquisitions. His experience includes work with Fortune 500, non-profit, government, and private organizations around the world.

  • Author of the business strategy book Pieces for Profit, describing how high-performing organizations maximize profitability to achieve greater success
  • Authored hundreds of articles on strategy and leadership, and presented internationally on these and other topics

David is Chief Strategy officer at KerberRose, where he oversees strategy, acquisitions, marketing, human resources, IT, and more. He consults with clients on strategic planning/business strategy, succession planning, mergers and acquisition assistance, organizational and leadership development, and marketing strategy.

Education and Community Involvement

David has a Master’s Degree from Concordia University and a Bachelor’s Degree from Marquette University. He is a strong believer in continuous learning and has been an adjunct instructor at several universities, including the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay. David also has an extensive history of community service including involvement with Rotary International since 2004, at international, district, and local levels; and serving as one of the youngest District Governors in the world.

Jeff Lasee | KerberRose HRProfile

As the Director of Recruiting, Jeff leads KerberRose Human Resources’ Search Division operations. Jeff brings 25 years of executive and management search experience, helping our clients identify, access, and retain top leadership talent nationwide. He has over 30 years of strategic networking and relationship management experience, which he gained in a variety of industries and professional disciplines. This experience allows Jeff to quickly analyze business situations, develop creative solutions, and deliver bottom-line results. His comprehensive business experience and search industry longevity bring valuable and real-time, strategic insights for our clients to leverage—not only in leadership development but also in business building, change management, acquisition/merger, and organizational development.

For more than 20 years, Jeff has been a career management speaker for numerous professional improvement associations, including Information Technology, Accounting and Finance, Supply Chain, Recruiting, and Career transition groups. He also enjoys the opportunity to coach students and young professionals in the areas of career management and personal finance.

Community Involvement: 

Jeff is a past member, board member and supporter of numerous non-profit organizations, including Executive Agenda, Optimist International, Grace, Freedom House, Green Bay Yacht Club, DECA, Special Olympics, and a variety of other community support projects.

Personal Interests: 

In his free time, Jeff enjoys traveling, boating, motorcycles, Veteran support projects, history, and unplanned adventures.

Karli Klismith | KerberRose HR Profile

Karli has more than 8 years collectively working in Human Resources, Management and Operations-related roles. She has been in the accounting industry specifically since 2018. Karli’s experience stems from her professional background in the staffing industry, legal and non-profit arenas. She is passionate about many things—human resources, process improvements and learning—yet most of all, people! Karli has been with KerberRose since December of 2020 and works on our Human Resources Consulting team & internal Human Resources team as a regional Human Resources Business Partner, specializing in talent development, employee relations and recruitment. She sees herself as a lifelong learner and consistently seeks to bring a positive impact to the workplace. She looks forward to helping serve clients to meet their individual and business needs.

Shelly Paul | KerberRose HR

Profile

Shelly has more than 20 years of experience providing office administration and support companywide. Her responsibilities have included assisting candidates in resume preparation and job search correspondence, providing content for and maintaining corporate social media accounts, accounts payable/accounts receivable, various human resource functions, and general office management. She also has experience writing and editing corporate correspondence and providing assistance on special projects as required.

Shelly is a troop leader for local Girl Scouts.

Derek HeikkinenProfile

Derek has more than 10 years’ experience in Human Resources consulting and recruiting. He specializes in labor market assessments, talent recruitment and retention, and organizational development. Derek spent seven years as Business Director for the Northcentral Wisconsin Workforce Development Board, providing key assessments and consulting to manufacturing companies, healthcare providers, the transportation industry, education, community-based non-profits, and finance and insurance sectors.

Beth is a strategic business leader with a passion for people and team development. She has 40 years of experience in the corporate world. Most of that time was spent in Organizational Behavior and Leadership Development. Her industry experience spans across Health Insurance, Manufacturing, Banking and Distribution. Beth has worked for both privately held and publicly traded companies. She now provides services in Leadership Development to include team facilitation, assessments and coaching for senior leaders and executives.

Personal Interests

Beth resides in Freedom, Wisconsin, with David, her husband of 37 years. They have two grown children and three grandchildren. They enjoy traveling, time spent at their cottage, fishing, boating and relaxing. Beth has been active in her community, serving on a few Boards and volunteering. She became an Executive Agenda Chair in 2022.

With nearly five years of experience in Human Resources, Emma specializes in Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Benefits and Onboarding. In addition to her internal HR functions, Emma supports our external HR consulting team with Career Transition and Outplacement Coaching. Her diverse HR journey contains a background in the manufacturing industry across multiple states, where she also honed her skills in managing payroll operations. As an HRCI-certified professional in Human Resources, Emma brings a high level of expertise and dedication to her role. With her bachelor’s degree in psychology and experience in social services, she has developed an empathetic approach to her work and can hone in on this within KerberRose’s culture.
