David is Chief Strategy officer at KerberRose, where he oversees strategy, acquisitions, marketing, human resources, IT, and more. Judy is an experienced career coach and career transition consultant who has worked in a wide array of business/organizational entities including government non-profit, family-owned, and franchise. This background, along with her extensive sales, marketing, and training experience with industry leaders— from Fortune 500 to smaller, growth-oriented companies—provides a great perspective on her world of work and special insights into the relationship with the work we do.

After beginning her career with General Motors Corporation in Detroit, Judy then joined the Information Systems Division of Xerox Corporation, working with client companies in banking, business services, and pharmaceutical development. She also has experience in healthcare and medical device marketing with Stryker Medical.
In addition, she has worked for a family-owned business; a business service franchise; served as an HR consultant in county government; has experience in the non-profit arena as both a volunteer and employee; and launched her own consulting firm.

Anne Roets has 25 years of executive coaching, career counseling, and organizational change management consulting experience. She was the Wisconsin Managing Consultant for a global consulting firm; managing operations and delivery of programs that helped organizations select, develop, retain, and transition employees. She has coached individuals from diverse industries, cultures, and countries through successful career transitions.
Over the course of her career, Anne also served as Workforce Development Director for a nonprofit, a marketing copywriter, and a business broker.
She holds a BA in English from UW-Milwaukee and an MA-Adult Education in organizational development and curriculum design from Alverno College.
Shelly has more than 20 years of experience providing office administration and support companywide. Her responsibilities have included assisting candidates in resume preparation and job search correspondence, providing content for and maintaining corporate social media accounts, accounts payable/accounts receivable, various human resource functions, and general office management. She also has experience writing and editing corporate correspondence and providing assistance on special projects as required.

Beth is a strategic business leader with a passion for people and team development. She has 40 years of experience in the corporate world. Most of that time was spent in Organizational Behavior and Leadership Development. Her industry experience spans across Health Insurance, Manufacturing, Banking and Distribution. Beth has worked for both privately held and publicly traded companies. She now provides services in Leadership Development to include team facilitation, assessments and coaching for senior leaders and executives.
Beth resides in Freedom, Wisconsin, with David, her husband of 37 years. They have two grown children and three grandchildren. They enjoy traveling, time spent at their cottage, fishing, boating and relaxing. Beth has been active in her community, serving on a few Boards and volunteering.
